Excellent service Brought Pilot in for A1 service. Corey was my service advisor. He promptly wrote up the order, explained what needed to be done, and advised that i Brought Pilot in for A1 service. Good coffee, and an old fashion doughnut. Service was completed on time, and I was on my way. More

Honesty and fair Dealerships have a reputation of being dishonest and greedy. I used to sell cars and this is true in most cases. My dealings with Burns Honda has cha Dealerships have a reputation of being dishonest and greedy. I used to sell cars and this is true in most cases. My dealings with Burns Honda has changed my opinion about dealerships especially the service department which is were they really make there money. I bought a used crv there and the rear brakes needed repair soon after I bought the vehicle. I knew it was not covered but they fixed it at no charge. I have all my work done there at a very fair price. Honesty always pays off in the long run. More

My wife and I have always done our service with you, since the 1984 days at your old shop on Rt 70 which is now Burns Hyndai. Back then it was Eric Raup, Joe Cerankowski , and Rob Regan who we trusted with our cars. That was before children. Now our "2" grown sons also have Hondas and get them serviced by you. I have never had a bad experience with any of your advisors.Keep up the great work. Chris took care of us today and was wonderful. Rick Erb as our Sales Rep is also fantastic. More
