My husband and I just Leased the new 2024 Honda Prologue. First lease and first all electric. Stephan Dilleshaw made everything so smooth even with having my 7 month old with us. My overall experience with Burns Honda was not good. I called a week in advance to make an appointment for carpet replacement due to mold and was told they would have the necessary equipment by my appoi I called a week in advance to make an appointment for carpet replacement due to mold and was told they would have the necessary equipment by my appointment. When I dropped off my car on the day of my appointment, I was told they did not have any of the necessary parts and that they had not even ordered them yet. They also had not looked at any of the insurance information I had sent over. I was told to leave my car with them, they would look through my insurance claim and order the parts. I was expecting they would have my car for a week, maybe two. They kept my car for almost 2 months. Every time I called for an update the person I spoke to told me he submitted the insurance information and that the parts they needed were on back order. This was a lie. This person never submitted anything to the insurance company and due to this, Honda charged over $1000 more than what we were quoted. Finally, we called for an update from a supervisor only to be told that the person we had been working with just quit. Thank goodness for Brian Hughes, he was extremely apologetic and professional. He made sure all of our insurance info went through properly and got our car back to us as quickly as he could. Working with him was the only positive part of this experience, but despite his wonderful customer service we had an overall awful experience at Burns Honda and will not be returning. More
