Good on their word Went in for the first time to Burns Honda to have my tires rotated and A/C Recharged as well as checking other problems. While the first experience was bad due to poor time management, after letting them know what went wrong with my visit, they asked if there was anything they could do. Seeing as how I needed some other repairs done, they offered to knock the price down. I brought my car in at 7 AM and my car was done way before lunch. They redeemed themselves on this second visit. Not only did they improve on repair times, but communication improved. Corey was nothing but helpful and apologetic through this entire process. If you ever get him, consider yourself lucky because he will tell you exactly what you need to hear. I always try to give things a second chance, and I'm glad I did with Burns Honda.
