Through a special program at work (True Car), I put my requirements in and was contact I was looking for a second car and focused on a Civic Touring. Through a special program at work (True Car), I put my requirements in and was contacted by three dealerships. Ed Altman from Burns Honda, was by far the most responsive. He has a great way in which he deals with the customer. He never came across as pushy or overly aggressive. Instead, he listened and tried to provide the best deal possible. There is something about the way he deals with a customer that makes you like him as a person and want to work with him (not an easy thing to do in a sales position). He came back with the best pricings and provided the best experience of all the dealerships through the process. He excellent servicing continued when we came in to buy the car. There was no pressure to buy an additional products/services. I have bought 4 cars in the past 6 years an this was by far the best experience due to all Ed's efforts. I was interested in buying a new car, specifically a SUV crossover I went to this dealership to inquire about the new Honda CRV that came out in 2017. I was interested in buying a new car, specifically a SUV crossover that had Apple car play. I wasn't planning on buying a vehicle that day, but after working with Adrian and all the effort he made to get me the price I wanted for the car... I just couldn't say no. The process took a long time, and they were very busy, but no one in the dealership let you feel that way. Adrian even skipped his own lunch to take us and work with us. Even though the whole process took several hours, in the end I got exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. Adrian even went above and beyond after I had purchased the vehicle. No matter what questions I had once I had the vehicle in my possession, he was never "too busy" to respond to my questions. Any concerns or issues I had, he tended to them with urgency and was able to get the results I needed. He was very knowledgeable, down to earth and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone else buying a car. More
