GREAT EXPERIENCE! I was in the market for a new CRV, after test driving one me and my wife were set on the CRV! Me and my wife were nerve wrecking where to buy our new I was in the market for a new CRV, after test driving one me and my wife were set on the CRV! Me and my wife were nerve wrecking where to buy our new car.... as car dealers have a reputation of adding "funny charges" or telling you how much it is, and when you get there it's a complete "bait and switch" after speaking to a friend of mine. He recommended me giving Jamie Findley a call I believe he's the Sales manager there. We live in Philly so it's roughly a 25 minute drive for us to get there. We got there Friday night met with Jamie, who greeted us by name and showed us EXACTLY what we wanted. No ugly colors or different trims or different model car. But he did show us the differences between the models of CRV. At first we were set on the CRV EX, after Jamie showed us the features of the EX-L and the Touring... we were sold on the touring. We drove it home that night and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience, there was no pressure and when we signed papers everything was explained and questions were answered. Everybody else was also very friendly there! Top notch service! More

Steve is always attentive and listens to our concerns, and the service team is professional and quick to handle our appointments while addressing additional concerns. I was greeted warmly and not pressured by any of the staff members. As I had inquired online about a vehicle, I already had an appointment with Pat Hee. Pat is an excellent salesperson and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was satisfied. My bad credit and past had been holding me down, but Pat and his manager Ray ensured they did everything the could to ensure I walked away with a reliable vehicle. As an EMT for a hospital based service in Trenton, I put a lot of mileage on a vehicle and have to answer the call in any type of weather. I had been driving a 2002 Subaru Outback that was unreliable and needed a great deal of mechanical work. Pat and Ray made me feel extremely comfortable even on the snowy day I arrived on. But I wanted to specifically complete this review to point out my sales experience. My Sales Consultant was John Hughes. He made the buying experience easy and pleasant which as we all know is the exception and not the rule. I appreciated his "no pressure" approach. I would highly recommend him without reserve. More
