Little hassle but could have been quicker Met my desired price without need to haggle over anything but the trade-in value and we quickly came to an agreement. Because so many people were buying, the shop was backed up getting cars ready so I wound up spending a total of 5 hours from start to finish. Other than that it a fairly painless experience. In addition, Mark Foley, the salesman, was quite knowledgeable about cars in general and being pleasant to deal was able to answer a number of technical questions. This was my 4th and easiest purchase from Burns. More
