Great experience at Burns Honda. A friend of mine referred me to this dealership 30 miles away from me. There are plenty of other Honda dealers a lot closer to me. at Burns Honda. I was coming off a lease and looking to get into another one. They were patient with me and explored different options with me. My mom came with me for a drive down there and commented how the process was so fine tuned. Her Honda dealer took so much longer to get things processed. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful car-buying experience! Mark Foley at Burns Honda was extraordinarily helpful throughout the entire process of buying my car. I actually ended up leasing instead of buying, Mark Foley at Burns Honda was extraordinarily helpful throughout the entire process of buying my car. I actually ended up leasing instead of buying, and he was even very helpful as I made the decision between buying and leasing. My test drive with Mark was very thorough. He took the time to show me as many features of the car as he could and explained everything to show me how the new features were different from my previous car (the 2005 model of the car I was test-driving). As I was looking for a car that was unavailable, Mark kept in touch with me as he searched for my car. Once he found it, he took even more time to make sure that I was comfortable with all of the features. The rest of the people in the dealership were also very friendly and accommodating. The entire process was easy and pleasant and I drove away with exactly what I wanted. I have had my car for a little over a month and I love every minute of driving it! I will continue to use Burns Honda as my dealership of choice! Not all dealerships are comfortable places for females. That may sound cliché, but they treat me with respect and I never feel intimidated when I am there. I would recommend Burns Honda and Mark Foley to anyone interested in buying a car! More
