Good Service I went to check a Honda Pilot 2012 that I saw online,, was available and the seller was really helpful and friendly. He wasn't pushy at all. The suv was in really good condition, just like the pictures online. The seller explained step by step about the car Carfax, about the warranty with the dealer that is really good. Great experience! My fiancé bought a new Civic from Ed Altman last year and our experience was so wonderful that when it came time for me to get a new car, we went back My fiancé bought a new Civic from Ed Altman last year and our experience was so wonderful that when it came time for me to get a new car, we went back again and just bought myself a new CRV. Ed is very professional and friendly. The price was a little higher than we were expecting and Ed did everything he could to get us closer to where we wanted to ultimately be. We both also happened to work with Brian Krykewycz in Finance. He was very nice and down-to-earth and was not pushy at all. He really took our needs into consideration and did what was best fitting for us. He was very helpful. We will definitely be back when the time comes. Thanks Ed and Brian! More

2014 Honda CRV purchase Jim Thompson did a great job reviewing the many used CRVs with us on the lot and was patient with our many questions. The negotiation was stress free and we left feeling we got a fair price. Only a 4 star because it took a month and 2 phone calls to get the new registration from Burns. I'm not sure if this process just takes a super long time or someone on the admin side dropped by the ball. More
