Every aspect of my buying experience was enjoyable. From the initial sales rep to the finance manager, everyone helped explain the process and details of the purchase, and delivery of my new Honda. My previous experience with Winner Ford was horrendous in comparison(stay away!), but Burns Honda renewed my faith in new car sales. Every dealer has a bottom line to make. Bought a 2016 Honda Accord and could not be any happier. Met Mike Covello in the Honda parking lot and had plenty of help and suggestions. Michael Dibiaso helped out as well and everyone just went out there way to find the right car. I was a bit of a pain but they worked with me by getting me the white accord I wanted even though they had to get it shipped out to their location. Ed Altman was a pleasure, very professional on the phone, follows up with phone call, he is a man of his words and when he says he will get something worked out and done for you, consider it gauranteed. Being a "senior" (oh, how I dislike that expression) and on a fixed income, I was concerned about how to fit a new vehicle in my budget. Ed, Mike and Brian all did what it took to make it happen in a way I could afford. Thanks to all for their patience and helpfulness. He is extremely helpful, trustworthy and accommodating, never making you feel pressured. He makes sure you are comfortable with your purchase and leave smiling! We live in north jersey now but we make the 2 hour trip just so we can work with Ed! The rest of their staff has been amazing as well. We have been to other Honda locations, but Burns Honda has the customer service we love. They are definitely worth the trip, especially Ed, trust me!
