I bought a Volvo in New Jersey 10 years ago with no problems. This time the registration arrived 10 days after the temporary license expired (we didn't even change the tags from our trade-in. I was not told that I needed a PA inspection. Maybe I should have known, but I got a ticket for not having the temporary one. Volvo had helped when we bought it in the past. All Burns said was you should have gotten the inspection. Will never buy from them again Salesman was nice, but he or other staff should have mentioned the inspection and sent registration sooner. More

My bank took six days to get the certified check to the dealership, by the entire staff at the dealership was extremely understanding. They took my car off the lot and after the third day of deing with the bank, agreed to let me take it home while we waited on the check. My bank was cometely at fault for the issue, but my salesman, Jim and his boss, Matt understood and worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used Honda. More

I never felt pressured at any time during the process from start to finish and he was patient with me even when I was 'just browsing' the inventory on my first visit. I received a fair price, as promised, without any false promises just to get me into the dealership. I contacted other dealerships for comparison, and was not treated nearly as well or as fairly. The product itself, the 2015 CRV, is excellent and there are many places you can go within the region to buy a car. I chose this one for the above reasons and I recommend you do the same. A++ More

Service on my civic Corey in the service department took great care of my car. I had to bring in my civic for a recall. I usually leave Honda frustrated but Corey was friendly, pleasant and connsiderate. Thanks Corey for getting me out of there before the snow hit, as requested, and for taking good care of my car! Good and snowy On Saturday, 2/21/15, we pulled up to Burns Honda. The sun was out and we met with Ron Marchesani, test drove a Honda CRV ( impressive ), sat down and On Saturday, 2/21/15, we pulled up to Burns Honda. The sun was out and we met with Ron Marchesani, test drove a Honda CRV ( impressive ), sat down and talked turkey as the snow was falling at a steady pace. By that time, we also met with Mike DiBiaso, and Brian K and after a bit of arm wrestling we bought the CRV the color and options I had chosen. After two days, I'm getting to know it and like it more. It is taking me some time to get used to all the features but Ron reassured me he'd help me if I needed help. The weather hasn't been cooperating enough for me to sit outside and fiddle around but I'm reading the manual. Thank you Burns Honda! More
Pleasant Suprise Purchasing A Used Vehicle At The Dealership I recently was searching for a used vehicle to replace my son's vehicle that was totaled in an accident. I saw a listing for a 2007 Ford Focus online I recently was searching for a used vehicle to replace my son's vehicle that was totaled in an accident. I saw a listing for a 2007 Ford Focus online and even though I felt it may be out of my price range, I decided to take a look at it anyway. Upon arrival at the dealership I met with Pete Siciliano. Pete was an absolute pleasure to deal with! He took me out to test drive the vehicle and I was impressed in his overall knowledge of the vehicle. I drove the vehicle for several miles and Pete was quick to keep telling me to drive the vehicle for as long as I wanted to make sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the vehicle. When we returned to the dealership I was very forthright in telling Pete a price that I could pay for the vehicle and was expecting a quick reply by him that he would not be able to sell the vehicle for that price. He returned with the manager (very quickly) and I was absolutely astonished that they would sell the car at the price I could afford. What, no back and forth, no elevation in my blood pressure, no typical aggravation that I have dealt with so many other times at various other dealerships? Wow, this was about as laid back of an experience that I ever have been involved in with a dealership! While I waited for paperwork to be prepared for the sale, I was offered coffee and I spent my time talking not just with Pete, but other sales representatives that worked there with each one being just as pleasant as the other. I wish all car dealerships could operate the way this one does. Even though I live over an hour away from the dealership, I will be quick to recommend them to both friends and family and if I am ever in the position of looking for another vehicle, I will certainly come back to Burns. Thanks again to Pete and the rest of the staff at Burns Honda. Awesome job ladies and gentlemen! More
