Adam, true to our Burns experience has always gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of to the utmost and even after the lease and sales of our respective cars; he has followed up to make sure that we were happy and there were no issues. Very Friendly, Terrible Pricing I went in ready to buy a Civic Si and was greeted by salesman Bob Haar who was extremely friendly and helpful. After the test drive I stated what I w I went in ready to buy a Civic Si and was greeted by salesman Bob Haar who was extremely friendly and helpful. After the test drive I stated what I wanted to pay which was an advertised deal by another dealer, but I wanted to buy at Burns because they were local. Then Mike Guida came back with a lease price of $379! I explained that other dealers were advertising the same car for just $239 with the same terms and fees. Mike was not very friendly and told me to take it or leave it. I guess my money is no good there. I even went back a second time and they would not budge on the price. Instead I made a 45 minute drive to another dealer and walked out with a new Si for over $150 cheaper a month than Burns offered me. All terms and fees were the same as at Burns, but the payment was that much less. Bob was great and I felt bad that his manager essentially wasted his time by trying to rip me off. More

We are also very satisfied with the price we paid for the car. In discussing with Mike what our research indicated the car was worth, we have no doubt that Mike obtained for us the very best price that his dealership was able to make.
