From showing us the vehicle functions to the test drive and paperwork, everything went well (even though the insurance company took longer than expected to send over necessary paperwork). I loved my trade vehicle, and was happy to negotiate with Tony without him pointing out all my trade vehicles flaws. Respectful and Honest. Bill Bianco - This is the first dealership I ever financed a car and the paperwork was correct!! Respectful and Honest. Service - Car came shined up real nice. Looked awesome. Summary - I leased this car. Plan to lease another car in 3 years. This dealership is the best dealership by far that I have been too. Imagine the perfect experience..... More

This replaced a 1999 Altima, so the new Accord is nothing short of a spaceship in comparison! We love our Accord and the entire buying process at Burns was completely painless. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and aiming to please, especially Omar Ang, our sales rep. The process went at our own pace, we never felt pressured at all. They answered our hundreds of questions and everyone at Burns was professional and helpful. We highly recommend the Burns Honda team to anyone in the market for a new car, and will definitely see them again when it's time to replace our other car. More

Even though I had hoped to get the price down I found what was offerd to us was fair. I have problems with my legs and Ed Altman took the time to see I was able to get in the car and move around the office easily. I would definitely recommend Ed to any one who asks. We had bought two other Hondas from Burns and had met Bill Bianco and we were pleased to see him again in a different role. He also was very knpwledgable of the finance part of the deal and still very friendly. More

Love My "Twila Blue" - 2014 CRV 8/2/14 - This is my fourth Honda. I had the pleasure of working with the Internet Sales Team again in making my purchase. I wanted to trade-in my 201 8/2/14 - This is my fourth Honda. I had the pleasure of working with the Internet Sales Team again in making my purchase. I wanted to trade-in my 2012 Accord for a CRV. When I purchased my 2012 Accord Mike Dibiaso and Nicole McNamee worked hard to make sure I was happy with the Accord. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Mike Covello because Mike Dibiaso is now Internet Sales Manager. Mike Covello was great. He knew what I could and could not afford and the 2014 CRV 5 DR AWD "Twilight Blue" car was what purchased. My car's name is "Twila Blue". Mike explained all the gadgets on the inside and the well built engineering on the insides of the car. I'm still learning how to set-up my iPhone and Bluetooth capabilities. Nicole McNamee has worked now on 3 purchases with me. She is very professional and down-to-earth. She knew what I could afford and what extra things I needed to make my new car safe and custom-fit for me. My two Mikes and Nicole made this purchase so easy. They are like my family and I can only thank them for treating me better than just a "customer". More
