The value I received from Burns far exceeded another Honda dealer I visited. This is an honest dealership that stays with the customer after the car is delivered. This was evident when I had an administrative problem with paperwork after the sale. Tony Stone, sales manager and Jim McCormick General Manager took my phone calls and worked tirelessly until the problem was resolved. Both Tony and Jim kept me informed of the progress they were making. Anyone can sell you a car, it's what they do after the sale to assure customer satisfaction that counts. First, I can't say thank you enough to Bill Gomeringer, my sales person at Burns and Mr. Kollman the manager for their assistance in my car purchase. They were very professional, friendly, and most of all helped me get into the car of my dreams. I visited twice in 4 months because I was working with a specific budget I had in mind and I wanted to take my time in the process and shop around to see just what my budget would allow me to buy. Mr. Gomeringer followed up with me several times after my first visit and even sent me an email on my birthday to wish me well. I had visited other dealerships that never called me once after my visit and that made me wonder, "Are they really trying to sell cars there"? The price of the car was very fair and they worked with me on the monthly budget I had in mind. They actually exceeded my expectations on my monthly payment. The process went very smooth without hassles of any kind. Overall I'm an extremely satisfied customer and to me they are the best dealership of South Jersey. More
We have a very positive experience in the purchase of our vehicle. The one disappointment was the tradein value we received for our PT Cruiser. Both Toyota and Chrysler offered us $1,500 and Honda offered us only $500. More
I ventured to this dealership knowing what car I wanted, and with information on the value of my trade-in and the average sales price of the new car I wanted. This dealership beat all other offers, and other dealerships have admitted that they couldn't match or beat Burns Honda's offer. That is what I am most satisfied with. I was also satisfied with the salespeople, specifically Mike Dibiaso. He was very much to the point and addressed whatever issue I had directly. Haggling over the price was easy and quick, and the transfer of the vehicles was without incident. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I would return again for another vehicle in the future, as I got a good price, and had an easy experience with one of the worst investments anyone ever makes-getting a new vehicle. More
I decided on a whim to see about purchasing a car. I had never been to nor ever purchased a car from Honda before. I went to the dealership at 3:30 pm on a Saturday. Joey was my Sales Consultant. I was upside down in my car and wasn’t sure if I would be able to purchase another car. But after 5 hours (and that was pretty good time considering it was a Saturday), I drove away with a brand new car. This was my first purchase of a Honda. Joey was extremely patient with me, as I hounded him with every imaginable question possible. I wasn't even sure what kind of car I was intersted in, but with Joey's help, he found something that was perfect for me. He was able to get me out of my car and into a brand new Civic Coupe. This was my 7th or 8th purchase of a car and this was absolutely one of the BEST experiences I have ever had at a dealership. There was not a lot of haggling of the price, as I told Joey what I was able to pay and they got it there. Nicole McNamee, Business Manager, stayed until 8pm to ensure I was able to leave the same day with my car. All the paperwork was gone over very carefully and with great patience. At the end of the purchase, there were even hugs given all around. Since I purchased my car, I have received 3 calls from Joey. Two to make sure I was happy with my car. The third to let me know my tags were in. I even received a call from a Manager; don’t remember his name, to see how I was enjoying my car. I also received a number of follow-up emails and 2 surveys. To some people that might seem like a lot and possibly annoying, but this to me showed awesome customer service and follow-up. Again, I have purchased many car thought out the years and have never received follow-up like this, and for me, it’s appreciated. The likelihood of my purchasing another car from them, on a sale of 1-10, is an 11. Great job Burns for your customer service and truly making me feel like you care about your customers. Kim R. More

We went into Burns and talked with Adam. I told him I was thinking about a new Honda purchase but also wanted to go to the competition to drive a Toyota. I went back and forth driving both cars and never once did Adam pressure me or tell me that the other brand wasn't an equal. I am glad I made the Honda choice, a superior vehicle all around. It took awhile to put together a deal but it was worth the time and patience. Mitch took me on the best test drive I've ever experienced. Mitch delivered the car efficiently, made sure I understood the maintenance, setup the bluetooth, and allowed me to take my time inspecting the car on delivery. The aftermarket package I had installed a few weeks later and the level of service was outstanding. I received a brand new loaner car and I couldn't be happier with the leather package and efficiency of getting in and out of there before work. My previous car buying and service experience was so foul I ended up hating the car. I love my new CR-V and have a great feeling about it going forward. I had always expected Honda to be so busy they weren't willing to work for my business but I was so very wrong, Burns Honda proved that to me. I'm really happy and I hope what they are doing right continues for years to come. More
I have purchased 2 Accords from Burns in the last 10 years. Every experience I have had has been exceptional and my experience tonight with Edward Hanekom was no different. I went to Burns on Saturday w years. Every experience I have had has been exceptional and my experience tonight with Edward Hanekom was no different. I went to Burns on Saturday with my Mom just to look at the Accords with the idea that if I could turn in my current Accord and keep my payments where I needed them to be then I would buy a new car that day. Edward was the first to approach me on the sales floor and it was smooth sailing from there on out. We decided that leasing the 2013 Accord was the best option for me and I took delivery tonight. Edward took almost an hour showing me the features of the car and all the bells and whistles and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. He also maintained professionalism and a great sense of humor as well. This, is the first brand new car I have ever leased and I did not feel once that I was being led on or taken advantage of. I left with a new car and a new friend! Thanks to everyone at Burns once again! More
