I have purchased 2 Accords from Burns in the last 10 years. Every experience I have had has been exceptional and my experience tonight with Edward Hanekom was no different. I went to Burns on Saturday with my Mom just to look at the Accords with the idea that if I could turn in my current Accord and keep my payments where I needed them to be then I would buy a new car that day. Edward was the first to approach me on the sales floor and it was smooth sailing from there on out. We decided that leasing the 2013 Accord was the best option for me and I took delivery tonight. Edward took almost an hour showing me the features of the car and all the bells and whistles and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. He also maintained professionalism and a great sense of humor as well. This, is the first brand new car I have ever leased and I did not feel once that I was being led on or taken advantage of. I left with a new car and a new friend! Thanks to everyone at Burns once again! More

Bob was well-informed about the cars and could answer all of my questions, and he was very helpful and fair in the negotiations concerning the price of the new vehicle as well as the value of my trade-in Accord. Bob Lynch was fun, easy going, and congenial, so he helped make buying a car an enjoyable experience rather than a stressful one. I also met Doug Begbie and Jim McCormick, and they were also very nice. Since I teach and coach at Cherokee High School in Marlton, I was happy to be able to buy a car locally and will definitely recommend the Burns Dealership to teachers, students, parents and friends. I love my new Accord and I'm very happy that I bought it at Burns Honda! More

With a very limited budget and her sights set on a accord sport It was the first car she saw in the showroom, then we met this salesman Eduard Hanekom a very clean-cut ,full of life and energetic young man. He was a guy you didn't mind talking to so we sat down to talk numbers he really seemed to listen to my daughters situation and what she could realistically afford we were both comfortable with the way he treated us, no pressure whatsoever and we drove away with the accord sport. Great experience ! More

Burns did not have the best internet price, but they essentially matched the best price we received from another dealership. Mitch Shapiro worked with us over the phone and via email, but we arrived later than the time we told him we would and other customers of his arrived at the same time so he introduced us to Mike Dibiaso who then finalized our negotiation with us (fairly painless) and introduced us to Mel in Finance (also very helpful and nice). Overall, a very good car-buying experience and we recommend Burns, both for purchasing (we purchased our 2008 CRV there and traded it in for the Odyssey) and service (we had the CRV there a few times, including for auto body damage after an accident). More

Our relationship with Mike Dibiaso began with his prompt email response to my request for the price range of a 2013 CR-V. He clearly explained all the features of the CR-V. We knew we wanted the LX model, but were not sure of the color. Mike was very patient with us, as we emailed him with additional questions. He never hassled us to hasten the sale. We agreed on a fair price, and Mike handled the paperwork with ease, professionally explaining every detail. Mike is a wonderful saleman. I would highly recommend him. We have bought other cars from Burn's Honda and always had a good experience. 5 stars for Burn's Honda and Mike Dibiaso. I had a great experience with Burns Honda. Two years ago I had purchased a 2010 Honda Civic and was very happy with it. I received a call from Eduard Hanekom at Burns with an offer to trade in my 2010 for I had purchased a 2010 Honda Civic and was very happy with it. I received a call from Eduard Hanekom at Burns with an offer to trade in my 2010 for a 2012 Civic. I kept putting Eduard off, saying maybe in the new year, but he called one more time and I relented. So glad I did! The process was as smooth as silk and effortless! In less than 2.5 hours, I drove out of the Burns Honda lot with my new 2012 Honda Civic. I got fantastic pricing and everyone at Burns does their job efficiently and pleasantly. In particular, Eduard was so thorough - he explained every feature of the new car and answered all of our questions to our complete satisfaction. He made the whole experience a pleasure! Two days later Eduard followed up with a phone call. I truly appreciate Burns Honda for their level of customer satisfaction. And Eduard was a class act! I highly recommend Burns Honda and Eduard Hanekom in particular!!! More

The reason I would recomened this dealership is the knowledge that the salesman has about the car. I also appreate that everything I needed was already set up in the car for me (phone Raidio).
