Your goal is the same as mine, I don’t want anybody visiting our store, whether they decide to buy here or not, feeling as if they were not treated well. My name is Bill Beairsto (865)983-0600 x2129 or wbeairsto@burnshonda.com. I am the direct supervisor of Craig as well as the senior manager in the used car dept. I've been with Burns Honda since 1996 and from the first day I have been taught to “treat each customer as if they were invited guest in our home” and admittedly, unfortunately, there have been times when we have slipped, but I feel how we attempt to resolve and learn from a customer issue is what sets our dealership apart from others. We are not perfect but it gives us a goal to strive for each and every day. By your email it is clear that you do not feel as if you were given the proper treatment, and for that I sincerely apologize. If you feel comfortable enough to contact me personally I would welcome the opportunity to listen to the particulars of the transaction. I can’t undo what was already done, but if I can learn and coach my salespeople on how not to let this happen again, I feel as if it would go a long way in achieving our common goal to not have others feel as if they were not treated fairly or courteously.
