This is my third experience leasing and my first with Burns Honda. I called on the last evening of an advertised newspaper special on a 2012 CR-V EX that seemed too good to be true. Ron picked up my call and could not have been more helpful. He was friendly without being overbearing and answered every question honestly. When he didn't know the answer he told me exactly when he would call back, and followed through several times that evening. When Ron found out it would take me several hours by public transportation to reach the dealership from my home in Pennsylvania, he arranged for me to have that same deal the next morning when I could get a ride. I was apprehensive because my last leasing experience was not positive. He promised that the deal I was quoted on the phone would be exactly what I would pay, with no surprises when I arrived at the dealership. I am very happy to say that Ron and Burns were true to their word. The deal was about as painless as it could possibly be. The dealership is as transparent and friendly as I have ever experienced. I got a terrific price on the CR-V and drove it out of the dealership two hours after I arrived. I actually enjoyed the experience! There was absolutely no pressure to upsell me, no hidden costs, no caveats. I was treated as an intelligent person. I got the deal exactly as advertised and am paying $1200/year less to lease an EX than for the lower trim model LX I was leasing from a Pennsylvania dealer. Ron called a day later to see if I had any questions and to let me know about Burns' reimbursement for the required Pennsylvania inspection. I will absolutely recommend this dealership, and Ron specifically, to everyone. Thank you, Burns Honda! More
I was a first time buyer, so I was very hesitant to really make any decision but I got a great deal from Burns Honda. I had done my research on various cars for months before I finally the hit lots and really make any decision but I got a great deal from Burns Honda. I had done my research on various cars for months before I finally the hit lots and I knew just driving up to Burns Honda, that I would be finding a car there. It's an organized dealership with a wide variety of used cars. The staff was extremely helpful. Andrew knew every car in the lot and was able to direct me to a plethora of choices in my price range. I was able to test drive a few cars. I went with my instinct on a 2008 Suzuki SX4. Andrew and the Manager were very generous in helping me find the price that worked for me. It was too good a price to let the deal slip away. After an inspection and a full tank of gas, I quickly signed my papers and was off with my vehicle. I suggest everyone who is looking for a solid Used vehicle to go to Burns Honda. When you can the trust the staff at a car dealership, you know you are in the right place. More

This is my third purchase from Burns Honda, and all have been purchased through Brian Krykewycz. This purchase was also made with Michael Dibiaso. I have been buying new cars since 1981, and this was the been purchased through Brian Krykewycz. This purchase was also made with Michael Dibiaso. I have been buying new cars since 1981, and this was the easiest purchase I have made. Brian and Michael could not have made it easier, as did their colleague, Tom, in finance. Burns has a first-class service department, but the sales group is the first port of call, and they made the purchase very simple. Thanks! More
I had a great experience buying from Burns Honda. I started with emailing the sales department, my wife was looking for an Odyssey Touring Elite. Mike was quick to respond and answered all of our quest started with emailing the sales department, my wife was looking for an Odyssey Touring Elite. Mike was quick to respond and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He quoted us an internet price for the vehicle and it was better than any other price we had received from other local dealers. Since we had driven the vehicle before my trip to the dealership was just about trade value and although I would have liked more we came to a fair deal on the trade. When this was coupled with the aggressive price on the Odyssey, I think we did well. Mike was quick, friendly, and professional. I would buy from Burns again and specifically Mike DiBiaso. Thanks! Read an article that car buyout prices were lower than most cars were worth, which was followed by ad from Honda about deals on 2012 CRVs. After trying for days to get a response from the Honda dealership from which I had purchased three cars, I went to the net and emailed my request to Burns Honda. Within minutes, one of the managers was in touch with me (Brian) and by that evening we were at Burns Honda -- working out a deal to trade our existing CRV EXL for the 2012 -- and at a $2000 savings over three years. Even when a small problem emerged, the sales person working with us (Ed Altman) worked things out and we are now driving our new 2012 CRV EXL. And for those who have not experienced the new CRV EXL -- don't put it off. It is a very different/better car than earlier models. The changes include much more comfortable seats, fog lights,more flexibility in leg room for the driver, and technology to knock your socks off. Try it! More

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! On the financial end, it was as streamlined as it has ever been for me.
