First off, I want to say I am very pleased with my new 2012 Honda Civic. The overall quality of the car is outstanding. Even though I have only had the car for a few weeks I know I probably won't have any 2012 Honda Civic. The overall quality of the car is outstanding. Even though I have only had the car for a few weeks I know I probably won't have any complaints a year from now. That being said, my overall car buying experience was painless. The stigma that car salesmen won't do their best to get YOU what you are looking did not prove correct in this case. From the minute I walked into the dealership I felt no anxiety and was met with friendly service. The salesman I was fortunate to work with was Bill Gomeringer. It was because of his experience and service that the process went so smooth. He worked with my wife and I regarding our expectations and needs and he delivered. The process was quick and the entire time I felt I could trust Bill. As a consumer that is highly important. I did not know Bill before I walked through the door but now I feel like he someone I can count on if I ever have any questions or concerns in the future. Thank you for the excellent service. More

Ed and Nicole were very friendly during my visits and looked to help me find the best deal. Everything was explained and made simple so I understood what I was looking at. i quote for 24 hours price, since i don't have time to argue with price. i told them once is is not far away from my expectation, i will go to take the car. finally they provide me an some unknown price, argue with price. i told them once is is not far away from my expectation, i will go to take the car. finally they provide me an some unknown price, not the OTD price i asked, which force me to make a mistake to think their price is aggressive. Their agent work with me after they saw this rating. And I get the truth, so update this rating now. Overall, they are still trustable, and I might have business with them in the future. More
Joey Nahama was terrific. I bought two cars from him in six weeks. He found me really nice cars with all of the bells and whistles that I was looking for at good prices. This is the 7th Honda we have bought from this dealership. The latest (a week ago was) a 2012 Pilot EX-L Nav. As always, the experience was superb! I went to the dealership on a Monday afternoo dealership. The latest (a week ago was) a 2012 Pilot EX-L Nav. As always, the experience was superb! I went to the dealership on a Monday afternoon and re-connected with the salesman, Chris, who sold us our 2008 Accord. I pretty much had a good idea of the Pilot I wanted (including options and accessories) so it was a matter of test driving the vehicle and discussing model details. They didn't have either of the two colors on the lot that I was looking for, so I left with a promise to locate the Pilot I wanted by the end of the week. Within several days they had found a vehicle for me and it was at the dealership by that Friday. I arranged to complete the purchase on Saturday morning and within 45 minutes after arriving, I was done and heading home with the new car (Nicole, who handled the paperwork, had everything lined up so all I pretty much had to do was just read and sign the forms.) So, overall, I spent perhaps a total of about two hours at Burns before closing the deal and drove away very satisfied. The Burns team is top notch, the dealership is very friendly and well organized, and the service department is one of the best (we take all our vehicles to Burns for routine maintenance.) I highly recommend Burns and will continue to do business with them. More
Andrew and Don were very friendly and helpful during and after my used car purchase. I did not feel pressured at all to buy. They both worked hard to make me comfortable with our deal. I would return to thi after my used car purchase. I did not feel pressured at all to buy. They both worked hard to make me comfortable with our deal. I would return to this dealership when I need another vehicle. More
I had purchased 5 cars from Burns Honda in the past. I have had issues in the past with an attempt of inducing me into purchasing credit insurance and extended warranty, but they were the only Honda deale have had issues in the past with an attempt of inducing me into purchasing credit insurance and extended warranty, but they were the only Honda dealership in the area, so I kept going back. No issues until this last time. My 2006 Civic had $1,000 worth of work needed and was at a shop 5 miles away. Used car manager thought he was going to take advantage of me by offering me $2,000 for a car that has a KBB trade in value of $6,000 (fair condition), and refused to take 5 minutes and go look at the car. This dealership has constantly treated customers like uneducated schmucks. Everyone is entitled to make a profit, but to take advantage of a situation as they did is called price gouging. It is a shame that they can legally do this. KKB puts a number on the car so that the dealership can already make a healthy profit (the car has a street value of $9,000). This dealership is a disgrace and should lose their Honda Franchise. More
