The 2009 Accord is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. Two vehicles were new, one was a used vehicle and the current is a certified used car. Obviously I would not return to Burns Ho from this dealership. Two vehicles were new, one was a used vehicle and the current is a certified used car. Obviously I would not return to Burns Honda if I did not receive the level of service I expect. I have always received a fair price on my purchase vehicle and a generous dollar value on my trade in vehicle. I also use Burns' service department for all of my maintenance and repair requirements. Everyone at this dealership works hard to ensure customer satisfaction. More

My experience with not only Joey Nahama but Burns Honda was wonderful. Joey was so helpful and amazing to work with. I am so happy with the decision I made. Joey was a big help and answered all of our questions and helped us to find the PERFECT car. We were slightly frustrated when we arrived - having been to other places where the salesmen/women were no help a helped us to find the PERFECT car. He listened to what we wanted and showed us around the new and used cars and only showed us what we were looking for - didn't try to upsell or take us out of our budget. We love our car!! More
I was contacted via email by Burns Honda to trade my leased 2010 Honda Odyssey EXL-RES in early for a new lease on a 2011 Honda Odyssey EXL-RES. I was then contacted by phone by Mike DiBiaso regarding leased 2010 Honda Odyssey EXL-RES in early for a new lease on a 2011 Honda Odyssey EXL-RES. I was then contacted by phone by Mike DiBiaso regarding the same. I have dealt with Mike on prior vehicles and enjoy working with him. I worked with Mike to review and come to an agreement regarding the specifics of the transaction. Mike and Burns Honda went above and beyond to meet my needs and make the transaction possible. Upon arriving at the dealership I was promptly attended to by Mike DiBiaso who handled the inspection of my current vehicle and the processing of the exchange. I was then handed off to Anthony Stone to review and sign-off on the papers. I have dealt with Tony in the past and enjoy working with him. Tony quickly and efficiently walked me through completing the papers and handed me back off to Mike. Mike then took me to my new vehicle, reviewed the new features, paired my cell phone to the vehicle and sent me on my way. Thank you Mike and Tony for your courtesy and professionalism. Thank you Burns Honda for offering a program that allows me to enjoy the features of the newer Honda Odyssey EXL-RES sooner. I really enjoy the new features Honda has incorporated into the newer model. More

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was. I came in looking for a new hona civic and I dealt with Chris who was very friendly. Chris gave us a qoute for the new civic and then I asked to see if they have any used Accords to look at. Sure enough we went to the used car section and We loved a 2008 Accord. We put a deposit on the car that night and came back next morning to close the deal. Everything went so smoothly from finance to all the other paper work. Absolutely no pressure, no manipulation like some other dealeships. I give these guys an A++! More
4 Months ago I bought a brand new Accord from them. I was told to transfer my plates from my previous car. When I went to pick up my registration I was told I needed to pay $208. The finance manager (s was told to transfer my plates from my previous car. When I went to pick up my registration I was told I needed to pay $208. The finance manager (supposedly with 16yrs experience) somehow forgot to transfer my plates and processed a registration for new plates. I spoke with the General Sales manager who did not care! He wanted his $208. Oh...I forgot to mention I am in the military and it was 2 days before July 4th! Anyway...3 months later I was in a wreck. My insurance company had my Accord towed to Burns Collision for repair. 3 Days later a dealer from Burns Honda called me asking if we could make a deal on another new vehicle while the other is being repaired. He told me he spoke with Burns Collision and my vehicle was "Totaled" When I told the dealer I am not interested in another Honda, the Collision Center called me the next day to let me know that my car was somehow magically repairable! THIS DEALERSHIP IS VERY SHIFTY!!! Beware! More
This is the second car I leased at Burns Honda with Ed Altman assisting me. He got me a great trade in deal on my 2009 CRV which was coming to the end of the lease in May 2012. I ended the lease early and now am driving a beautiful Royal Blue Pearl 2011 CRV. I loved my 2009 and now love my 2011. Ed is a great sales person to fight for your deal and a great person to just sit and chat with. Burns Honda has been around forever. My mother bought 2 Honda's from them 30 years ago. We love our Honda's. Whether buying a car from Burns Honda or getting it serviced there is always a great experience. See you in 36 months Ed.................. More
