I was very satisfied with my experience at Burns Honda and do believe that Joey had my best interest at heart, assisting each step of the way to make my purchase a seamless transaction. I'd like to also acknowledge both Nicole and Dottie. Nicole went through our documents with us, taking her time and answering all pertinent questions. she was very pleasant and extremely efiicient. We walked away feeling like we had a new friend in Nicole. Dottie was a treat as well!!! Each time I called in to speak with Joey, Dottie was a real delight!!! Always pleasant, kind-hearted and very efficient!!! This is a great plus for Burns Honda, as Dottie is the first experience you have when calling in. Getting back to our salesman Joey --- I cannot say enough great things about him!!! He was very upbeat and we enjoyed chatting with him throughout our visit. Joey's full attention was on us, as if nothing else existed. In today's world that is not always the norm... Special thanks to Joey, Nicole, Dottie and the whole Burns Honda Team ~ purchasing a car has never been so easy!!!! We almost didn't want to go. Although very excited to be leaving with a with a fabulous new car, we really did not want our experience to end. The people at Burns Honda truly made us feel very special and we were truly 'touched' by our AMAZING experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BURNS HONDA!!!! I had been a loyal Toyota fan for more than 25 years and never thought I would switch. It was Joey's friendly and efficient approach that won us over, even more so than the car itself!!!!!! Our salesperson, Linda Davey, was great, answering my wife's and my questions, making us feel comfortable and welcome, and working hard to make the best deal she could for us. Loved her and the 2008 certified, pre-owned Honda Fit we ultimately bought. Ms. McNamee (I hope I spelled her name correctly) also was very pleasant and professional, explaining in detail our financing and other options. I was disappointed with the trade-in value applied to our 2003 MINI Cooper, but, overall, our experience at Burns Honda and with Ms. McNamee and Ms. Davey, in particular, was topnotch. I would definitely recommend Burns Honda to others and we certainly would purchase another vehicle there. I don't want to forget to mention that we were recommended to Burns Honda and Ms. Davey, in particular, by our sister-in-law and my brother-in-law (my wife's brother) who have bought all of their Hondas at Burns and Ms. Davey was their salesperson for all of those purchases. I went to this dealer because in past I have purchased Toyota's. But I wanted to see possibly switch to a Honda this time around. Fortunately when i walked in i was give this salesman who was apparently Toyota's. But I wanted to see possibly switch to a Honda this time around. Fortunately when i walked in i was give this salesman who was apparently nice at first. But instead of helping me once I explained my financial situation from last year he basically told me i would not get approved for anything. Needless to say, I left feeling empty and as if possibly this one person was correct in what he was telling me. But on the contrary to Nilo's belief i did get approved with another dealership and was able to get into a great car for $16,000. Good luck with this salesmen. If you see him run in the other direction. More
Overall good experience. I wanted to buy a new CRV but they tried to sell me one with accessories, which I didn't want. So I had to wait for about four days (even though they said it will be only two days they tried to sell me one with accessories, which I didn't want. So I had to wait for about four days (even though they said it will be only two days). But on the positive side, they kept on following up and ensured me that my vehicle is on the way. Very friendly staff. I got a good price (I think). Also they tried to sell me the extended warranty, which also I didn't want. But the dealership was never pushy and gave a me a good experience. More
One of the important factors in buying a new car is to work well and trust your salesperson. Ed Altman was wonderful to work with besides the fact that his sister who I work with is a great person. He introduced me to the service department. I've gotten so many compliments on my Honda CRV and I suggest that if someone is interested in looking and buying one, to call Ed. Burns Honda has a wonderful reputation in the community and working with Ed certainly proved it's deserving. More
Mike was great ,got total price before I went in .Mike got me the best rate 2.9% ,Boardwalk and Turnerville told me 4.9%. Turnersvilles price was $4,900 dollars more for same exact car, Knowing that I thi got me the best rate 2.9% ,Boardwalk and Turnerville told me 4.9%. He acted as an advocate with the finance office and helped to guide us to the right model in the right price range for us, a CR-V. He reviwed everything about the car's operation when we took delivery and has continued to follow up to make sure everything is proceeding smoothly. On top of all of this he was just a real nice guy!
