My Accord hybrid was making a noise that reverberated inside the car. When I described it to Eric he was pretty sure he knew what it was. I recently purchased a 2010 Honda Crosstour From Burns Honda. I worked with Ed Altman, and I couldn't have had a better experience. There was no pressure, and Ed spent a lot of time with me explaining the features of the vehicle, taking the vehicle on a test drive, and discussing financing options. The delivery process took awhile, but no longer than I've experienced before. Throughout the process, everyone at the Burns dealership was cordial and helpful, and went out of their way to make the process pleasant and painless. It was exciting to take delivery of my new vehicle! I am not surprised by this experience, because I have been a customer of Burns Honda since 1977, and they have been great, not just with sales, but also with service. I never felt that the service department was taking advantage of us (which I have sometimes felt with other dealerships), and they have kept all of our Hondas running great at reasonable prices. And the service people are also very pleasant. Burns must have a great training program in regard to customer service, or they just have a knack of hiring great people! Dealing with Burns has always been a great experience. More

We initially visited Burns Honda to look at the Honda Odyssey. Mike, our saleman was very accomodative to our schedule and our concerns about the vehicle. The support staff was friendly and helpful, even watching our children while Mike took us out for a test drive. Before leaving the dealership, we were introduced to the Sales Manager, Anthony. After our visit, Mike followed up with periodic phone calls to understand where we were in our decision to purchase. We ultimately decided that the Accord would better suit our needs. Again Mike met with us, spoke to us about the vehicle, and took us for a test drive. While his interest to close the deal was apparent, at no time did we feel pressured or rushed in our decision. When we were ready to purchase, we collected internet pricing from several local dealers. We returned to Burns Honda, where Tony joined our negotiation. He was able to match our best offer and we drove our new car home that day. When the new registration documents were received, Mike called, and I was able to pick them up on my way home from work. Overall, Mike and Tony made the process painless and straightforward. The only drawback to the entire experience was an underestimation of the amount of time that was required to prep the vehicle. Notwithstanding this criticism, I have no reservations about recommending Burns Honda to others. We are now a two Accord family, and expect to enjoy our new Accord for many years to come. More

I have purchased 3 Accords from Burns and through the years whether for a faulty key,brake problems,air conditioner malfunction and even for repairs due to collision, I have cinfidence that they will alw years whether for a faulty key,brake problems,air conditioner malfunction and even for repairs due to collision, I have cinfidence that they will always resolve my problem. It inspires confidence seeing some of the faces in the service dept. have been there as long as I have. It speaks well for the company.
