I wanted to share my experiences with three members of your team. I have been a Honda owner for the past eleven years and have used your dealership exclusively (with the exception of one oil change) for your team. This loyalty is solely due to the outstanding service I receive from Rob Regan. Rob is knowledgeable, personable, confident and reassuring. I have complete faith in whatever service he tells me is needed. I never feel ripped off or taken advantage of. He explains each process in a way even the mechanically challenged – like myself – can understand while never being condescending. He is truly an asset to your organization. When my husband needed a new car, he was leaning towards replacing his Maxima with another Nissan. Then he test drove an Accord coupe and was totally sold on a Honda. We shopped multiple Honda dealerships and asked for a price from Linda Davey who was recommended to us by Rob. Linda, along with Brian Krykewycz, delivered a very attractive quote but it was not the lowest. We actually went to purchase the car from the other dealer on Black Friday. Once there, things did not go smoothly. The sales manager projected the attitude that we were already sold on his car and would not consider any discount on three additional items that we requested: a cargo net, trunk tray and sunroof wind shield. At that point, we called Brian to ask if he could discount them. Brian added them to the deal without increasing his price quote. We walked out of the first dealer and drove straight to Burns. It was a crazy, busy day and Burns was packed. Linda had back-to-back appointments scheduled throughout the day, but still went out of her way to fit us in. She and Brian made sure we never felt ignored despite having to wait. Both Brian and Linda are true professionals. Neither said derogatory things about the other dealer regardless of having been told of our experience. Our car was prepped and the additional items installed even though there were numerous other deliveries that day. Linda spent the time to review all the paperwork and options on the car with us, even presetting the radio and walking us through pairing up the Bluetooth. Having experienced her delightful personality and genuine warmth, it is no surprise that she was so busy. I want to thank Brian and Linda for going above and beyond on such short notice for us. They made a long, tough day much easier. I also want to thank Rob for recommending Linda and for always taking good care of my car. It looks like I’ll be seeing him even more often now that we are a two Honda family. More

Burns Honda made sure that as a returning customer and a local to their area, I wouldn't have any reason to shop elsewhere. The price was as competitive as any other dealer.....and believe me I checked! My local to their area, I wouldn't have any reason to shop elsewhere. I went to the dealership because my car felt funny when braking. The gentleman who helped me, Steven, was very helpful and diagnosed the problem right away. Would like to thank the service manager Paul for helping me fix my CRV. I recently brought it in and had a noise when in reverse. They couldnt duplicate it and I was a liitle upset. After talking to Paul an me fix my CRV. I recently brought it in and had a noise when in reverse. They couldnt duplicate it and I was a liitle upset. After talking to Paul and taking a ride with him he asked if he could take a look at it himself.......well after he looked a it he found a problem that was an easy fix and cost me very very little. Now I can enjoy my CRV again. Thanks to Burns Honda and their excellent staff in fixing my problem with my car. A+++++++ More
I felt a great need to write a review of the service department within this dealership. The above servicemen treated me with respect and fully explained the work that needed to be done and it's cost. Although I feel this dealership may be a little more costly than others, I do think the work done on my car helps with my security in driving my car. Great, they estimated 1.5 hours and were done in less than that. Wireless connection allowed me to get some work done while waiting, and I even got coffee and breakfast. Shopping for a New car today is made easier with the internet. Found the car I wanted and spoke to the "Internet Sales Manager" who quoted me a price over the phone. I was very specific about the trim l internet. Found the car I wanted and spoke to the "Internet Sales Manager" who quoted me a price over the phone. I was very specific about the trim level I wanted and repeated myself 6 times to confirm it. I get there to purchase and I was told that "I was confused" and the price quoted was for the base model. They'll tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door. The salesman was nice but his manager "Chris" was a jerk... typical car salesman. Horrible experience. Tried to do biz with Burns Honda for the 2nd time now. Both were unsuccessful and unpleasant. Will never consider purchasing from them and recommend anyone in the market to LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! ANYWHERE ELSE!!! The management team needs to learn some manners. More

Both myself and my friend Carol, who accompanied me for both purchases, remembered him from 2007 and were impressed by his low keyed, sincere approach to selling me a car. I have always derived a feeling of honesty conveyed by him, and that immediately puts me in a state of trust. In addition, John Schwartz was involved in this recent sale, and also found him to be very personable. All in all, my car buying experience, which is normally a major source of anxiety for most, concluded in a most positive way. I have always brought my Civic in for services, and that too, was a most pleasant experience. Thank you for running a dealership that is "people friendly". Jill More
