My appointment was 8:15 this morning. As soon as I drove in my service rep Robb greeted me. He explained the services ,how much it would cost and completed the paperwork efficiently. When the service was halfway through, Robb recommended 2 additional services which I then authorized. The work was completed in less than 2 hours. My car as returned to me rapidly. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Joyce and Robb Regan yesterday for my service appointment. Michael was my point person (service writer) and was extremely helpful, friendly and productive with gett Regan yesterday for my service appointment. Michael was my point person (service writer) and was extremely helpful, friendly and productive with getting me and my twin daughters a ride home and also making sure my van finished in time for me to pick my kids from school in the afternoon. Always a pleasure to come in for service here. Always treated like family and Michael truly continued that sentiment for me yesterday. Robb was his usual friendly, helpful self as well. I had my Pilot in for service about 2 weeks ago and my Civic today. Once again an excellent experience with Robb Regan who has been not only our service coordinator but has become a friend. He always provides top notch professional service. His expertise and honest, respected advice is always appreciated. He always communicates in a timely manner, explains what is needed before any work is done including cost, the importance level of the service needed. He always follows up post service .
