After a disappointing car buying experience at Carmax (which resulted in returning the car), we stopped by Burns Honda to look at their new inventory. We weren’t sure whether we wanted to stick with a used car or purchase a new model. It was there we met salesperson, Edward Tulescu. Ed was one of the first car salesman that we’ve met that truly knew about cars. Any question we asked, he was able to answer. He knew the difference between model years, helped us compare the trim models, and explained the features of each. He was personable, but not “pushy” in his sales approach. When we decided to purchase a new vehicle, we chose Burns Honda over some other dealerships because of Ed. He helped us find a vehicle we liked, in a color I wanted, and at a price that was competitive with other offers. He communicated with us throughout our journey and went above and beyond to make this car purchase a positive one. If you are looking to purchase a new Honda, would recommend Burns Honda and suggest you ask for Ed as your salesman. More

He was supported on a day off by a teammate, “Mike” I think was his name, who answered questions for us in James’ absence. He should be commended by Honda for his professionalism in contributing to a sale in which he had no financial interest. Jim McCormick, GM assisted us in “crunching the numbers” to settle the deal James had brought to him. The final touch was a pleasant sit down with Michael Covello, Business Manager, who patiently explained to us the details of our first-ever vehicle lease.
