John Hughes (salesman) was excellent. He was very laid back and was not pushy WHATSOEVER. However, their finance “professional” was a nightmare. I almost backed away from the deal because of him. He basically told me the car I’m buying is going to break, trying to get me to buy the expensive extended warranty. NO MEANS NO. I must have declined it 5 different times and he STILL tried.
