I purchased my Honda about two years ago and the car has been nothing but phenomenal. I prefer to have my car serviced at Burns as well and the other day I needed last minute service. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Burns Honda. A beautiful Honda Accord. It is my son‘s first car. I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex Browkaw. A true professional. When I got home, I realized A beautiful Honda Accord. It is my son‘s first car. I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex Browkaw. A true professional. When I got home, I realized there was a minor issue. I was kind of upset. I reached out to Alex. He resolved the issue immediately and made me a very satisfied customer. There’s a lot to be said for Alex and a dealership that stands behind their product. I purchased the car as is , so actually they could’ve told me that I’m out of luck, but they did not do that. They took care of this minor issue at no charge. I will definitely be buying more cars from Alex and Burns Honda. I never realized what an awesome car a Honda accord is.
