Yes, lessed from them in 2016. Upon arrival, Mike Holm didn't want to talk to me because I had a "long time left on my lease". Proceeded to grill me about why i was i was looking. Then rolled his eyes when I mentioned the flyer. Told me I had a good deal and what they have now would cost significantly more. I had gone in looking for an Accord Hybrid but he mentioned they had the new Insight as well. He stayed past closing time as he explained the Insignt's many features. They gave me a nice discount through the USAA car buyer assistance program. I told him I'd need a few days to gather the funds in my bank account. He and the finance manager let me put down what I could the next day and sign a short-term IOU for the rest. The salesman delivered the car to my house two miles away, set up my phone connection and explained further how to use the features. They made it all so easy. More
