A last minute trip to a dealership is never fun, but my experience was excellent. Everyone was great and all my questions were answered. 10/10 would recommend. Overall terrible experience. From start to finish Burns was constantly messing up my time here. After leaving Burns with my new car, I received calls almost daily about paperwork being wrong, they forgot t was constantly messing up my time here. After leaving Burns with my new car, I received calls almost daily about paperwork being wrong, they forgot to have a form signed, or they had the wrong form signed. On top of that, they messed up mine and my cosigners addresses. It was made explicitly clear that any paperwork had to be sent to my address and come to find out everything was being sent to a different address, including billing statements. I had to reach out to Burns after a couple months of not receiving my first billing statement just to find out that they were being sent somewhere else and now having late payments. Will not recommend this place ever. Terrible customer service as well as nobody has gotten back to me. More

I am simply ecstatic about this purchase. I got the price I wanted with additional features and tech. The Venue has everything I want and more. My salesperson, Talal, was honest and straight forward, he list I wanted with additional features and tech. The Venue has everything I want and more. My salesperson, Talal, was honest and straight forward, he listened to my needs and met them all. While the buying process can be lengthy, he attempted to keep things moving along. I know many people are turning to Carvana and other online options, but, I think some human interaction is needed for such a large, important purchase. Thats a lot coming from me - I love to order things online and cut out any human contact when possible. But, Talal made this experience easy. Additionally, it was a pleasure working with Eden. Burns offers an extra perk - they have an individual walk the buyer through the specifics about the car, and, provide their contact info for future questions. They also set up a login and connect Bluelink while you are waiting. I will send everyone I know to Burns Hyundai! More
