Ihave pictures of the sonata that shows no damage that is claimed and I will not pay that . as far as I am cowou highlyldncerned our deal is done post deal damage was not under my control More

The reason for my customer loyalty is the total impressions I get from the moment I walk into the Burns showroom. My salesman, Andrew Chinici, listens to my wants and "must haves" and finds a match. He takes the time to find out information for me and shows me the features on the car before my test drive. He made sure I received the best price and introduced me to other team members. They, also, took their time with me and explained each feature and showed me how to use each feature. They have called me to check and see how I am doing with my Sonata and ask if I have any questions. I highly recommend Burns Hyundai. More
Great when purchasing, but no support I purchased a used Santa fe from Burns about 2 weeks ago. Before driving the car off the lot I notice the vechile had 2 cracks in the front windshield I purchased a used Santa fe from Burns about 2 weeks ago. Before driving the car off the lot I notice the vechile had 2 cracks in the front windshield. I showed the cracks to the sales person and he said they will cover it. After about a day of driving the vechile I noticed there was a strange noise coming from the rear of the vechile. I informed Jose Nieves ( our sales person) about the noise the following day. He said to bring in the vechile to check it out. After 5 days with the vechile they called to inform me that it was the tire thread on the right side. Steve the service rep explain that the noise is normal and it should not bother me as it’s the rear end. That there was nothing he can do. I asked to speak with Mike (the new car sales manager) after explain the situation he said we would just have to suck up the noise and deal with it. Me and my family came to jersey from Puerto Rico looking to recover from what has happen to us and to know that I bought a car that could put my family at risk (especially when winter hits) and that the dealer is not willing to do anything about it and that we should just suck it up. All I can say is they are great to sell you on a vechile, but when it comes to support from a vechile they just tell you to suck it up. More
