Joe I came from leasing three Lexus vehicles in a row and didn’t know what to expect with the Genesis. My salesman Jose was outstanding and the vehicle was super impressive. I don’t feel like I dropped in comfort, performance or safety. The only additional suggestion I would make is to enhance or move the showroom. Buyers of luxury vehicles like the Cadillac, Lexus, BMW etc want to feel luxury in the entire process including in the showroom. The showroom at Burns felt cramped, dated and mundane. Not a big deal for me but I know it is for others in this luxury vehicle niche. More
