Despite being busy with another customer, he made my wife and I feel at home and attended to us quickly. The experience was a pleasant one-on-one exchange of information - what I was looking for, and what the dealer had to offer. At no time did I feel pressured. I felt that my concerns and needs were addressed in a thorough fashion. The financial discussions were straightforward, and presented clearly in a "lease vs. finance" worksheet with their "best offer" which was quite good. No haggling, no pressure, no "here's my manager"-type discussions. The price was the price even though we took the next day to consider - NO "if you walk out the door, the deal is off"-type BS. I was VERY IMPRESSED. Happy with my G80, but also VERY HAPPY with Burns Genesis. We'll be back!! More
