The service manager Steve, explained the way the service department functions (seeing as I am one of those customers who likes the same mechanic working on the car all the time). He didn't have a problem with that. Jason Allen was my service advisor and along with mechanic Ed Green, did a fantastic job on my 2009 Santa Fe. New brake pads and rotors, an oil change, alignment and a quick inspection of vitals and I was on my way. The car rides like a new one! Also, kudos to Tom and Mike in the parts dept.who took 10% off the cost of some new mats. An efficiently run service dept. with quality people. Been bringing cars in to various dealers for service for many years and can honestly say that Burns Hyundai is by far the best! Highly recommend them for keeping your car in tip top shape. More
