Our New Dealership Is Burns Hyundai We stopped by knowing it would be hard to get a new car. We drove out with a brand new Elantra and new friends. Our salesman Frank was absolutely fan We stopped by knowing it would be hard to get a new car. We drove out with a brand new Elantra and new friends. Our salesman Frank was absolutely fantastic! He understood our needs and our financial situation. He was very friendly and professional and put us in the right car. Frank was also very and honest. We never felt pressured from him directly and he made us feel more of a guest than a customer. Some of your questions on this survey I had a hard time saying no, only because he worked so hard for so long to get us a good deal. We spent seven hours in your dealership working with Frank and your finance team to get a car we liked and one we could afford. So there wasn't much time for him to do all the things asked on this survey. We appreciate his hard work, honesty and friendship. His knowledge of the car was exemplary and he answered every question threw at him. Not once did we feel he was trying to sell us something we could not afford. In fact, he made it clear that the car we liked would not work for us under our current situation and was able to find us a better car and a better deal. Another hats off can go to Mr. Vin Gandhi your Business Manager. Although my wife was hesitant with a lease, he worked hard to find a bank that would finance our car. He explained in detail what he accomplished and also provided us with options on warranties and gap insurance. He was able to provide us a loan with all the extras with only a small increase from the agreed lease amount. Now we can own the car that we love!
