I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my oil change. I noticed my car being parked in the parking lot after my oil change. I went to desk to discover that it was recommended I have filters changed. I went out to car desk and asked them to bring the car back in to put filters in. It would have saved time if I had been contacted as to whether I wanted this done. I was treated with great respect from everyone regarding this matter. More

During our last visit the wait was too long, 1 of the hubcaps was not totally attached and the recommendation to have the cabin filter replaced wasn't communicated until after the vehicle was already mov hubcaps was not totally attached and the recommendation to have the cabin filter replaced wasn't communicated until after the vehicle was already moved outside.
