Even though I was not expecting this, the work was completed in under two hours; the service manager applied a 10% discount coupon (I asked for one). it was expensive, but these service milestones always cost more. To my knowledge all went very well. Grosulak, service mgr, noticed I needed new wiper blades, too, which I knew, but forgot to mention it. I depend on Burnsville Toyota to help me maintain my vehicle and have faithfully had all the work/service on it at BT since I bought the car.
