Hi Mike This is very first issue I’ve ever had with B T. In fact, I continue to but Toyotas partly because service is so good. I especially appreciated Greg Polski (retired). Bailey W was professional as a service contact - though he did try to upsell service I did want. And when I went to get my car, I had no idea where to find it. Usually it is pulled up at exit door. I have to explain that this visit was a little more challenging for me as I was in recovery from very recent cancer surgery. Finally a nice guy saw me wandering in the lot and helped. He found my car in a second lot. Then I went get a car wash and the machine broke after the person in front of me. Then on my drive home, the unusual noise appears and I had to return. I didn’t feel service guy was very patient with me when I returned. Hmmm. Maybe it was just my day to get punked! 🙂 PS. I still love my Toyota. Thanks for reaching out. Faye Wallsten
