They replaced my wipers blades that did not need to be replaced and didn’t ask me to do so! Plus, they didn’t remove the protective wrap, so they first time I used them they didn’t work. For the first time since I purchased my 2013 Prius, I feel like I was a victim of an attempted scam! On my last service visit the advisor, Nolan, the advisor for the most recent visit, confirmed that I w feel like I was a victim of an attempted scam! On my last service visit the advisor, Nolan, the advisor for the most recent visit, confirmed that I was informed my Prius rear brakes needed replacement. The brake pad thickness was 2-3mm on the rear brakes. So when I scheduled the most recent maintenance appointment, I included the rear brake work. While running some errands during the maintenance work, I received a video from the technician showing how the work was going and the results of his testing. In the video, he stated the rear brakes were 6mm and needed no replacement. It felt to me that I was about to spend $531.00 dollars that weren't necessary! To compound this disillusion of a scam, when I called to make sure this unnecessary brake work was not performed, all of a sudden, Nolan nor anyone else, could be located to stop the fraudulent brake work prior to being done. So I hustled back to the shop to stop it. More
Fastest we have ever purchased a vehicle. Transmission went out on our current vehicle, and we made the decision to purchase a replacement around 18:00 on Monday 7/10/23. Made an appointment to speak with a sales rep at 19:30 & drove off the lot in a 2019 certified pre-owned RAV4 at 21:58. Only issue was the limited inventory, but not much can be done about that. Both Tyler (Sales) and Caio (Finance) stayed a bit after closing to complete the process. Overall, we were very pleased with the transaction. Quite likely we will be back when we need to replace another vehicle. More
Had oil change; first time on my new Highlander. Just noticed plate underneath was hanging down. Technician forgot to put screw back in to hold plate up. Experience with dealership was good. We did get a chance to test drive Sienna from last year but not this year. He will give straight answers to our question and will accept things he do not know. He will research about that and get back answer later. We felt over pressured by finance personnel to purchase additional insurance. More
I think it very poor service to totally ignore guest in your drive-in lane until all appointment guests have been address. If you can't at least acknowledge them at arrival then close that part of your ser your drive-in lane until all appointment guests have been address. If you can't at least acknowledge them at arrival then close that part of your service and go appointment only. This is totally disrespectful and poor service. More
