I started my car search on the internet. I found a car that I was interested in looking at and sent a message to Burritt. I was contacted by Jim Congdon and made an appointment to meet him. I traveled from North Syracuse to Qswego to find that the vehicle I had in mind was sold. Jim then showed me a 2005 Trailblazer that I test drove and decided to purchase. A week later my wife and I went back to Oswego to pick up the vehicle. The window switch had been repaired, the new tires I requested were installed. We sat down to do some final paper work and in no time we were on the road back home. The experience of buying a new car has always been one I hated. The back and forth of the sales person, dealing with someone that didn't know the product they were selling, and the feeling like I came out o hated. That was until I met Jim. My experience with Jim was GREAT. He knew the product and spent the time with my wife and I to go over all the details. There was no back and forth.
