Had a great experience at Butler Chrysler•Dodge•Jeep this week. I came in for an oil change and left with a new car. I am very disappointed…I bought a Wagoneer on December 6, 2022 which was advertised by Butler Dealership, Beaufort, SC, as “used” with 107 miles. I expressed to them I was looking to buy a “new” vehicle, how 2022 which was advertised by Butler Dealership, Beaufort, SC, as “used” with 107 miles. I expressed to them I was looking to buy a “new” vehicle, however, they assured me this would be considered a “new” car for the new car warranty was still in place and that I would be the first titled owner of the car. They never once revealed verbally or in writing to neither my son nor I when we asked multiple times if there had been prior damage to the car or for what reason the car was considered “used”. Their answer to us was “they really didn’t know”. I finally learned that my car had over $10k worth of damage prior to the sale. My car has been in the repair shop consistently from January 16, 2023 until March 31, 2023. I have reached out for help with no satisfaction. I strongly feel that as a JEEP Customer, Butler Automotive, Beaufort, SC sold me this Wagoneer by being dishonest and fraudulent. Update: I have called the service manager and Brian. Maybe after reviewing the videos Brian, you would want to call me instead of asking me to reach out to you again. You have my phone number in my file. I would love to hear how you could help me get into a “new” Wagoneer now for I will not be keeping this car! More
