We spent 3 years on xx Croix , trying to get our 2016 - thomas.parker54

We spent 3 years on xx Croix , trying to get our 2016 Jeep Wrangler fixed . We were given several reasons why it couldn't get fixed, including, that it was not a part, but a program and they don,t make them anymore. We have since moved back to the U. S.. We had to ship it here because no one would want to buy it on xx Croix. On August 29, 2026 we brought it to Southern Motors Dealership, in hope that they would be able to fix it. A transmision and tire were added to it. We spoke to Lori and Caitlyn, in the service dept. Both were very good about explaining to us, that if they wanted it to get fixed quicker, to call Chrysler directly, everyday, which we did. Three weeks later, it was fixed, ABS and including the transmission and tire. We REALLY appreciate what Lori and Caitlyn did for us, and THANK them for their help. To us, they are the hardest gals working there!

From the time I stepped into the dealership, until I left - elicet marin

From the time I stepped into the dealership, until I left in my new vehicle, it was a pleasant buying experience. sales and management met me with a huge smile and welcomed me as if they knew me for quite some time. Was never treated like stranger. everyone was very kind, respectable and very informative. This team worked to make experience easy and pleasant. They were honest and up front with everything. They all treated me like family. Very encouraging and curtious. I can't say thank you enough. So, if you're in the market for a new vehicle, try North Savannah Dodge. You won't be disappointed.
