We took delivery of our Eruption Green GT Mach-E and were so impressed with the vehicle. We had ordered it 5 months previously through Ford. We drove by Butler one day and found our car there, complete with so impressed with the vehicle. We had ordered it 5 months previously through Ford. They were a bit surprised that we were there to claim our car but they, after several hours, were able to finalize the deal. Apparently their finance person had left the dealership unexpectedly and someone from another dealership worked hard to complete our purchase. Sean, the salesperson, was great and entertained and educated us for hours until the deal was done. Appreciated the way he treated us with respect, empathy and humor.
