I received an email to review Butler, the email stated “call them first if there are any issues.” The salesman also stated this. So I contacted them about an issue before I left this review. I Bought “call them first if there are any issues.” The salesman also stated this. So I contacted them about an issue before I left this review. I Bought a used F150 from them on trade. Overall decent truck for the mileage and price. But, the salesman and I heard a buzzing sound in the dash when test driving. Salesman said “it’s the radio” which I could have lived with. Found out after I bought it by a simple internet search that it is the recirculating/fresh air door actuator. A common problem apparently. This is a $2000 job per my research because it involves removing the dashboard. The general manager said to bring it in for a free diagnosis and “I’ll see what I can do.” Service said “everything working fine.” I then sent the general manager a video with the abnormal sound from the dash clearly present. He has not replied. They didn’t follow through on my issue, or didn’t want to, and service didn’t do a thorough job investigating the problem even after I told them what I thought the issue was.
