Butler Ford's Service department were awesome. I was traveling out of state, when my vehicle needed service (oil change, tire rotation). I was able to book an appointment on-line for a couple days I was traveling out of state, when my vehicle needed service (oil change, tire rotation). I was able to book an appointment on-line for a couple days out; other local dealerships I left voicemail for and never received a call back. When arriving, a service manager greeted me and checked me in quickly. While waiting I spoke with several staff members and they were very friendly. The very attentive tech working on my vehicle noticed that all the tires were filled with nitrogen and asked if adding regular air into the semi-flat tire was okay. All other dealerships that I have dealt with never noticed the green cap on the tire to signal they are filled with nitrogen. They pay attention at Butler Ford and are very friendly...even to customers that didn't buy a vehicle from them. More

Service Manager Clark Alexander and service writer Tommy will lie right to your face . My truck sat in there lot for 3 weeks not Even diagnosed. I have a fleet of Ford trucks and was going to buy 5 more t will lie right to your face . My truck sat in there lot for 3 weeks not Even diagnosed. Worst dealership service I have ever experienced. Horrible communication. Zero accountability and zero follow through. Avoid this place if at all possible. Absolutely terrible service the last 3 times I have been in to this dealership for service. This time we made an appointment for my pickup which is under warranty which was 2 MONTHS out to get service. Af in to this dealership for service. After dropping my F250 off for the appointment it sat for FOURTEEN DAYS without being touched. All the while we are making 5-10 phone calls a day getting nothing but receptionists and excuses. After 14 days the Service Writer, Tommy, finally returned one of my dozens of phone calls to say it was "big job, and I should have known it would take a long time" after never having any updates on what was wrong with the vehicle. After nearly 3 weeks we finally gave up and picked up my vehicle which was disgustingly filthy, and are now looking for a reputable service shop. Unfortunately, it looks like this place is as bad as Lithia now. More
