Emergency repair I broke down in Forsyth and AAA towed me to Butler for repairs at 4:30. Late in the day the first service rep was too busy to talk to me so a mechanic I broke down in Forsyth and AAA towed me to Butler for repairs at 4:30. Late in the day the first service rep was too busy to talk to me so a mechanic took me to Jerry Turner who managed to squeeze me in to get my van diagnosed before they closed. He had to overnight the parts so that required me to stay overnight at a local hotel. He found me a very nice stay for half of what I expected to pay and arranged to shuttle me there and back to the dealer the next morning! Unbelievable service and got me on the road by 11 the next morning. I’m very pleased to say the least, Jerry and the mechanic went above and beyond! More

I was very pleased with the customer focused service. I purchased my 2018 Tacoma in February 2018 and brought it in for it's 5000 mile check and tire rotation.
