I went back to Butler Toyota and purchased my 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited. Working with Kevin Williams and his team (Mark Patrick and Jordan Stewart) made purchasing my new car a wonderful experience. Exactly as advertised Larry and the others did exactly what they promised and were on time and professional. I got them to take me home and they got me there with a smile. They then kept me informed as to the progress on my car and came and picked me back up when it was ready. Alex drives and is very good at remembering where she dropped who off. The cost was as expected. I got the premium detailing service and they did a phenomenal job and got all the dust and dirt out of all the crevices on my dash. I will go back for my next service. More
