The actual service provided was excellent. My service manager, Jason, was cordial, very helpful and provided excellent service. My one disappointment was that I did not see a single employee in any of yo manager, Jason, was cordial, very helpful and provided excellent service. My one disappointment was that I did not see a single employee in any of your departments practicing CDC guidance for the Corvid 19 related pandemic that we are currently experiencing. As a 76 year old individual with several underlying medical conditions, I will have to give serious consideration about returning for services while we are in a pandemic situation. Currently, there is no vaccine to prevent acquisition of the disease and there are no known cures, so my best bet is in following CDC guidelines which help prevent acquisition. Thanks for your consideration. More
