Sufficient I was surprised that when I inquired about a loaner car....I was told you do NOT offer one. Is one from another city who is loyal to YOUR dealershi I was surprised that when I inquired about a loaner car....I was told you do NOT offer one. Is one from another city who is loyal to YOUR dealership expected to sit on your premises while a 4-6 hr service is to be performed? Other Reputable Dealers that we have dealt with.....ALWAYS offers a loaner car so that we can continue our daily schedules. I am suggesting you re-look at this policy and offer your clients convenience they expect.
