Nice people, management could improve I went to purchase a brand new vehicle. The saleswoman was very nice and easy to talk to. so much so that I was willing to go to a brother dealer and I went to purchase a brand new vehicle. The saleswoman was very nice and easy to talk to. so much so that I was willing to go to a brother dealer and work with that salesperson's recommended person. Though they didn't have the vehicle I wanted, I was offered the option of ordering it. I didn't bother ordering it because of the value they offered for my 2 trade-ins. They wanted to give me $11.5K for BOTH vehicles. I was able to get $7500 for one and $13.3 for selling the other, elsewhere. I was offended with the offer from this dealer. My other experience with this dealer was about 7 years ago. I saw a vehicle online and went to view it. When I walked it, I was given a price $2K more than the internet price. It would be good for the salesman to check that. I brought it up. I understand that they are trying to make money. But I don't want to feel like I am being taken advantage of. I would not send or trust my parents or grandparents there alone. Nice cars, but the person who makes the final prices they give you could benefit from a better conscious. So over all, just go with game face on. Stick with what you are willing to pay for and be prepared to walk if you don't get it. If you leave with a vehicle, it will be nice. It will work for a long time. If money is no big deal go for it. More
