He made my experience phenomenal, all the way down to signing paperwork. After having a very unpleasant experience with a previous salesman when I purchased my 2017. I still wanted a Butler vehicle, because I have been a loyal customer for about 12+ years. I told Tyler, I just want a quick, easy experience with a knowledgeable salesman this time. He gave me EXACTLY that! I was set up with Curtis McNeal. He was very helpful and even went above and beyond transferring my belongings over and taking me to return the rental! I was able to almost literally transfer over from my old 4runner to EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED with no hassle! I was in and out in LESS THAN THREE HOURS!
