I had excellent service When I first entered the service center I was greeted by a older gentleman who was really nice and helpful. 95k basic service - fluids, rotation, etc Greeter (older gentleman) was very pleasant. Insisted he call me Nancy which he did following service. He actually remembered my name!!! Jason was at lunch so Jeff?? wrote up service order. Stated that I didn’t have to have oil changed as it was good for at least 10k miles. Recommend basic service of fluid check, rotation of tires , etc which would be $31. Very good news as I had just spent $375 at vet. TMI. Checked out with Jason who as always is extremely pleasant. We talked about our pets as if we were old friends. Jason seems to be just a good and very personable person. You are fortunate to have him. The best news - no charge as I purchased my tires from you. Service with Butler always a pleasant experience. Staff knowledgeable, waiting area is comfortable, prices thus far reasonable.
