Excellent Customer Service!! Butte Subaru is a small dealership that treats me as family. The excellent customer service I receive is second to none. The service Manager Dan and Butte Subaru is a small dealership that treats me as family. The excellent customer service I receive is second to none. The service Manager Dan and his team go above and beyond to service my 2019 Subaru Forester. I just had my first oil change and tire rotation. The level of expertise is extensive. Dan explained all they checked & even replaced my new windshield wipers as they said they streaked. I cannot say enough about Butte Subaru. I will not take my new car to any other Subaru Dealer even though I have to drive 225 miles. The drive is a small price to pay for the level of service I receive. There is total trust between Butte Subaru and myself. I hope others read this review and make Butte Subaru their dealer!! More

Great business to deal with! Every aspect of this dealership is efficient, thoughtful and pleasant to deal with. I have now owned my vehicle for about 6 months and just had my first maintenance appointment. Dan is very professional and kind. He did a wonderful job of explaining the car health overview to me and he also addressed a few small issues that I brought up when I dropped the vehicle off for its first oil change. Additionally, I was told it would be about an hour wait and it only took about 45 minutes! I highly recommend this dealership (from sales to maintenance) to anyone in Southwest Montana! More
