Much improved service center In 2015 I took my new Outback in for service and was very disappointed. The man in the service center who assisted me was rude. He would not speak to In 2015 I took my new Outback in for service and was very disappointed. The man in the service center who assisted me was rude. He would not speak to me directly, instead look and talk to my boyfriend. He was so awful that even my boyfriend became uncomfortable. Needless to say when I had to recently go back, I was not looking forward to it. So glad to say that all was okay, better than okay - it was pleasant. The current staff, especially the young lady at the desk, were great. I am happy to have a service center that I now like. More
